Here you will find a variety of virtual yoga and meditation offerings that are carefully put together to help you find ease, comfort, and peace. 

Classes will be offered with many modifications and variations in order to offer you the tools and confidence to practice yoga no matter your size, shape, or ability to touch your toes. 

Everybody is welcome here!

All classes here are practiced in the comfort of your own home.

Some live on Zoom or some pre-recorded. 

These offerings are very much inspired by the energy found in the seasons, so each season you will find new and special offerings in this space.

The winter season can be a dark and challenging times. The air is cold, the days are short, and the "winter blues" is a real thing. 


That's why I have put together these nurturing and cozy weekly yoga classes to help you find peace and comfort during this season. 


10-Week HATHA Yoga Series

Nurture through MOVEMENT

Through the gentle movement and strengthening of the hatha yoga practice, you will find comfort in the intention it will bring to the start of your week. This class is for the students who benefits from movement to help get out of your head and into your body during a time of the year where the stagnant and still energy can be a challenge. Nurture yourself through movement.

Mondays // 5:30PM to 6:30PM EST

Series runs from January 11 to March 15

All classes will be live on Zoom. You will receive the link within 24 hours of registration.

Single Drop-in: $15

10-Week YIN Yoga Series

Nurture through STILLNESS

Through the deep and relaxing stretching of the yin yoga practice, you use the stillness of the winter season to find peace and a deeper connection to yourself. This class is for the student who benefits from a slower practice that focuses on creating space in the body and the mind. Nurture yourself through stillness.

Wednesdays // 7PM to 8PM EST

Series runs from January 13 to March 17

All classes will be live on Zoom. You will receive the link within 24 hours of registration.
