Yoga with Carolynne truly started with the amazing support found from YOU in the outdoor yoga classes that started in August last year. Since then, this community has grown so much, and we have been on this roller-coaster of exploring what yoga + self-care means amidst the ups + downs of life [and a global pandemic], together.
I have had the honour of practicing with many of you through the Fall, the Winter, and the Spring. We have breathed together, moved together, and learned together. I don't think I can truly voice to what extent I am grateful to all of you for allowing me to walk alongside you on your self-care journey this past year, and it is so unreal that I have the pleasure of putting together more yoga classes for this upcoming summer. It feels like such a celebration, and I am so honored to be part of this loving community of beautiful + sensitive souls.
So, with all that said, in the interest of our continual collaborative relationship in exploring yoga + self-care, I would love for you to take a few moments to share your insights on how I can continue to support you this Summer. Given that my offerings range between virtual & outdoor/in-person classes, I would like to make sure that the summer schedule reflects a balance between both offerings in a way that falls within what YOU, my lovely community, actually needs.
