Here you will find a variety of virtual yoga and meditation offerings that are carefully put together to help you find ease, comfort, and peace. 

Classes will be offered with many modifications and variations in order to offer you the tools and confidence to practice yoga no matter your size, shape, or ability to touch your toes. 

Everybody is welcome here!

All classes here are practiced in the comfort of your own home.

Some live on Zoom or some pre-recorded. 

These offerings are very much inspired by the energy found in the seasons, so each season you will find new and special offerings in this space.

Root to RISE, my darling!

Just as the blossoming natural world outside, the Spring season is a time of creation, inspiration, and growth. Use the energy of Spring to help you plant the seeds of your dreams + intentions.

 

No matter what you're looking to cultivate during the return of the warming season, dedicating to yourself through your yoga practice is a helpful tool in rooting yourself in what matters most to you.

Root into your centre, so you can rise to meet whatever inspiration comes your way.

WEEKLY CLASSES

RISE HATHA.png

HATHA Yoga

Through the gentle movement and strengthening of the hatha yoga practice, you will find comfort in the intention it will bring to your week. This class is for the student who benefits from movement to help connect you to your centre of inspiration. During a time of the year where the energy is bright + warm, this connection can be used to foster more of what feels good in your life. 

Mondays | 5:30PM to 6:30PM EST

Classes run from April 12 to June 14

Wednesdays | 5:30PM to 6:30PM EST

Classes run from April 14 to June 16

All classes will be live on Zoom. You will receive the link upon registration and before each class.

Drop-In: $15 CAN

YIN Yoga 

The deep and relaxing stretching of the yin yoga practice, helps bring balance in your life from the brighter yang energy of the Spring. In order to rise, bloom, and grow, it is essential to also pause, rest, and nurture. This class is for the student who benefits from a slower practice that focuses on creating space in the body and the mind. 

Wednesdays | 7PM to 8PM EST

Classes run from April 14 to June 16

All classes will be live on Zoom. You will receive the link upon registration and before each class.

YIN/YANG Yoga 

In honour of Spring offering a chance to re-introduce balance into your life, this class offers a balance between flow + stretch with a combination of Hatha and Yin yoga. Enjoy the benefits of strengthening and stretching your body in a single class.

 

This new day-time class is a beautiful way to compliment an at-home schedule #pandemiclife, and wind down at the end of the week. This class is for the student who benefits from a balancing practice that focuses on the entire body from flow to stretch. 

Fridays | 1:30PM to 2:30PM EST

Classes run from April 16 to June 18

All classes will be live on Zoom. You will receive the link upon registration and before each class.
