Autumn is the official season of doing less. 

(okay, maybe it's not the official season, but let's just appoint it as such, because it feels right)

As the warmer, brighter seasons of the year come to an end, the natural world around you is offering its last colourful brilliance before retreating for the colder, quieter months of the year, in order to embrace the cycle of releasing before coming back anew.

In these weekly classes, we will sweetly & softly explore the practice of ease with movement, breath, slowness, and stillness, right from the comfort of your own home. This is your opportunity to say no to what no longer feels supportive, and truly say yes to what feels right.

You've navigated, created, & harvested so much during this past spring & summer seasons, that it's now time to slow down, re-connect with yourself and your self-care practices, and truly welcome in more spaciousness & ease.

Each weekly class found below is offered as a series or you can drop-in when it suits your schedule. Practicing yoga in a series is a beautiful way to explore the ritual found in stepping onto your mat in a consistent way.

Every week you will receive a detailed email outlining the class theme [each theme leans into the energy of the current season], an optional accompanying playlist that I update on a regular basis, and any props you might need. If you have any questions, please email me:

WEEKLY CLASSES

10-Week HATHA Yoga Series

Through the gentle movement and strengthening of the hatha yoga practice, you will find comfort in the intention it will bring to your week. This class is for the student who benefits from movement to help get you out of your head and into your body. During a time of the year where the energy begins to soften and beckon you to do less, this practice will help cultivate a sensation of comfort, presence, & ease.

Mondays | 5:30PM to 6:30PM EST

Runs from October 4 to December 6

All classes will be live on Zoom. You will receive the link upon registration and before each class.

Series: $115 CAN

Drop-In: $15 CAN

10-Week GENTLE Yoga Series

This new class aims to bring softness, spaciousness, and ease to your morning (or afternoon/evening if you're practicing from another part of the world!). Consider this class a yin-inspired class that flows as the energy of the season does. Some weeks we'll move a bit more, and some weeks we'll enjoy more stillness. Exploring ease on your mat, in order to help bring ease into your life.

Tuesdays | 8AM to 9AM EST

Runs from October 5 to December 7

All classes will be live on Zoom. You will receive the link upon registration and before each class.

10-Week YIN Yoga Series

The deeply relaxing energy of the yin yoga practice helps truly embrace the softening, releasing, and being of the Autumn season. In this class you will be gently guided through poses that are held for prolonged periods of time in order to elicit deep stretch and soothe the nervous system. This is the coziest class of them all, truly embracing stillness. 

Wednesdays | 7:00PM to 8:00PM EST

Runs from October 6 to December 8

All classes will be live on Zoom. You will receive the link upon registration and before each class.

Series: $115 CAN

Drop-In: $15 CAN

10-Week YIN/YANG Yoga Series

This class offers a balance between flow + stretch with a combination of Hatha and Yin yoga. Enjoy the benefits of strengthening and stretching your body in a single class.

 

This daytime class is a beautiful way to complement an at-home schedule #pandemiclife, and wind down at the end of the week. This class is for the student who benefits from a balancing practice that focuses on the entire body from flow to stretch. 

Fridays | 1:30PM to 2:30PM EST

Runs from October 8 to December 10

All classes will be live on Zoom. You will receive the link upon registration and before each class.
